The limitation of liability described above does not apply to liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct or to death or bodily injury caused by products you purchase through the Site.

If a provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary so the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
